    Yes, we accept any valid prescription from any doctor.

  • Do you have frames for children?

    Yes, Pal Optical has one of the largest selections of children’s frames in the Lexington, KY, area! 

  • How quickly can Pal Optical have my glasses ready?

    Two hour service on most glasses unless your insurance company has the specific requirement that the glasses be sent to the insurance lab.

  • Can you adjust my glasses if they need it?

    Yes, Pal optical offers free adjustments to all eyewear regardless of where you purchased it.
